I work with clients in-person, in my office in Athens, Ohio or remotely throughout Ohio, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia, and Vermont. If we meet remotely, we will use a HIPAA Compliant platform to complete EMDR sessions. I can meet with anyone if they choose to travel to Ohio or one of the states where I am licensed.

I require 48-hours notice for any missed appointments. A full fee is charged for appointments canceled with less than 48-hours notice.
For Intensive sessions, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the Intensive. Booking this intensive clears my calendar and makes me unavailable to others during this time. If you reschedule the Intensive 30 days before the Intensive, I will attempt to reschedule. Otherwise you forfeit the deposit.
