You try to be thoughtful of the people in your life and of how you show up in your greater community, but it’s so rare that others—especially those closest to you—reciprocate the same level of consideration. That may sound like asking for a lot, but if you don’t take care of yourself, who will?
Sometimes, what might feel selfish is actually self-care.

How I work
Here, you can borrow my strength until you tap into your own.
When we work together, you’ll learn that you’re not alone in what you’ve been through. I’ve spent the last 20 years helping people move past difficult experiences and improve their relationships, and I’ve learned that so much of the pain we carry comes from things that have happened, not from who we are. In our sessions, I’ll listen deeply to what you’re experiencing right now and help you connect those feelings to where they began. That’s where real healing can start—by understanding the root cause, you can begin to feel more in touch with your true self and empowered in the choices you make.
You don’t have to just accept that this is the way things will always be.
I don’t believe anyone is destined to struggle forever, and through our work together, we’ll focus on finding the right tools and approaches that work for you. Whether it's using EMDR to process past trauma or exploring other strategies to help you feel better, the goal is for you to feel stronger, more confident, and free from the weight that’s been holding you back.

Working together, we'll get to the heart of how your past experiences are still affecting you today. We’ll use tools like EMDR to help process those memories, so they feel more neutral and less overwhelming, no longer triggering you in the present. You don’t have to talk through every detail, but through the process, you can gain clarity and start to feel lighter, like the weight of those old experiences isn’t holding you back anymore.

Through our work, you can learn to trust yourself more, feel confident in your choices, and know that it’s okay to do what makes you happy. Speaking up for yourself at work, in your relationships, and throughout your life doesn’t have to feel so hard anymore. There can be a shift in the way you carry yourself—calm, confident, and at peace with who you are and what you need.
