Step into the next season of life with a new sense of direction.

You’ve worked hard to create this life—now, you want to actually enjoy it.

But after all you’ve been through, it’s hard not to second-guess every decision you make (or don’t make). This constant overthinking and questioning yourself keeps you up at night, wondering if you could have or should have done something differently. You just want to be able to trust yourself to make good choices without having to go over every single negative consequence or outcome your brain can come up with.

On top of the stress and anxiety of being at a crossroads, you’re also dealing with…

  • It’s a strange feeling when you’re in a relationship but still feel alone, like you’re not enough or too much all at once. You might find yourself walking on eggshells, afraid to ask for what you need because of how your partner has responded in the past, often leaving you wondering if you’re the problem. It’s like you can’t even really be yourself because there’s a chance your partner will criticize your hobbies, interests, or ideas. Guilt may creep in, especially if you’re worried about the impact on your children or if you’ve been pressured into things that don’t align with your values—leading to a complicated mix of emotions that feel nearly impossible to sort through.

  • Money can be a source of enormous tension, especially when it feels like you and your partner aren’t on the same page. Whether you’ve been avoiding conversations about finances because they cause anxiety or you’re navigating the tricky process of combining resources, the stress can quickly spill over into the rest of your life. Even as an individual, it can be hard to face the guilt, fear, or resentment tied to spending, saving, or just trying to make ends meet. Let’s find a way to break that cycle and heal your relationship with money.

  • It might feel like things from your past are still haunting you, popping up unexpectedly in the form of anxiety, flashbacks, or that familiar sense of panic. Maybe you experienced one big, impactful event or a series of smaller ones, but no matter how much time has passed, you can’t seem to move forward. You’ve tried, but the memories and feelings still linger. You just want to live in the present and feel comfortable in your everyday life.

I truly believe change is possible, no matter how stuck you might feel right now.

You're not destined to just cope with what you're going through for the rest of your life.

Hi, I’m drea.

I want to show you that it’s okay to trust your gut & do what makes you happy.

Therapy with me is a space where you can be completely yourself. I'm here to listen—to really hear what you've been through—and help you make sense of it. Whether you're dealing with issues in your relationships or are just stressed and overwhelmed right now, you don't have to carry it alone. Sometimes, it’s just nice to hear, “No, you're not crazy for feeling this way” and I assure you, you’re not.

After we’ve gotten to know each other,

We’ll take a deep dive into what’s currently happening in your life and begin exploring when it all started. Often, the way you're feeling in the present has deep roots in events from your past, and by processing those events and emotions, you can start to naturally feel lighter. I often use methods like EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) because they are evidence-based and help with processing tough memories or emotions, but we can decide together what approach feels right for you.

I’ll meet you where you're at with compassion and honesty, and we can work through whatever is going on together. I'm not going to sugarcoat things, though—I’ll challenge you when it's helpful, but always from a place of empathy. Sometimes, we need a little push to see things clearly or to break free from patterns that aren't serving us. I’m here to offer that strength when you need it. You’re not alone in this, and together, we can create new avenues toward a life that feels less stressful, more authentic, and better overall.
